A reminder for ALL Grand Music Club members:
If you have friends in the community who may ask you why they did not know of music being played at the Cafe or Cimarron, or a show at the Sonoran Plaza, please kindly remind them of how they may keep up with current and future music club dates.
- First, there is the calendar in Grand's monthly magazine, the Grand Lifestyle, where upcoming shows and ticket information is listed as well instructions on how to obtain tickets.
- Second, there are wall mounted bulletin boards with several GRAND Club small posters near the Adobe and Cimarron fitness center as well as outside the Sonoran library entrance.
- Third, there are digital Electronic Bulletin Boards (EBBs) placed in the Chaparral, Cimarron Rec Center lobby and one is high on the back wall of the Adobe fitness check-in desk.
- Fourth, there is a frequent Grand News of the Day email notice that goes out to all members of the community, provided they have opted to receive them. The other obvious item is that if they do receive the emails, they must open and read them to find all the performances. The Sunday and Monday Cafe dates are also published when they are scheduled.
- Fifth, there is the Grand phone app, with the button that says ‘Buy a Ticket‘ - and lists all upcoming shows. This app is useful for all the Grand activities, including having your CAM card uploaded on it.
- SIXTH, (the most important of all!!) is our club's website home page which is viewed either my clicking the button below OR observing it's current contents in the below section of this email. One does NOT have to log in as a member to view. The home page is maintained by your club's website team weekly. The calendar contains links to all MUSIC CLUB events. Show ticket information is also available to everyone.

Please remember that as club members, we all bear some responsibility for our own circle of friends and help the publicity team to get the word out and help sell tickets to our shows.
Any member of The Grand Music Club Board of Directors will be glad to assist you with using any of these options. It's OK to reach out to fellow members because we all enjoy music, we enjoy sharing with you and what we do together! |
